Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une augmentation de 4 points des niveaux de satisfaction au cours de la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e et d\u2019une augmentation de 6 points de la proportion de voyageurs qui se disent \u00ab tr\u00e8s \u00bb satisfaits.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019enqu\u00eate a \u00e9galement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que plus de huit voyageurs sur 10 qui ont profit\u00e9 des outils num\u00e9riques de l\u2019a\u00e9roport, comme YYZ Express, Mobile Passport Control, des tableaux de bord de temps d\u2019attente en direct et des cartes interactives, \u00e9taient extr\u00eamement positifs quant \u00e0 leur exp\u00e9rience et sont susceptibles d\u2019utiliser \u00e0 nouveau les outils pour des voyages futurs.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Toronto Pearson a connu une augmentation significative par rapport \u00e0 2023 du nombre de voyageurs qui sont satisfaits de leur exp\u00e9rience a\u00e9roportuaire \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Dan Arnold, chef de la strat\u00e9gie de Pollara. \u00ab Une grande partie de cette situation est attribuable \u00e0 des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de satisfaction \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des outils num\u00e9riques de l\u2019a\u00e9roport, qu\u2019une majorit\u00e9 de voyageurs utilisent maintenant. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les derni\u00e8res donn\u00e9es de sondage montrent que les jeunes voyageurs \u00e2g\u00e9s de 18 \u00e0 34 ans ont le taux de satisfaction le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019ils passent par Toronto Pearson, 89 pour cent d\u00e9clarant avoir eu une exp\u00e9rience positive.
